Hi! My name is Lamar Allen. I have 11 years of instructional leadership experience and I’m currently a STEM educator. I have taught grades 2 through 4 and have served in leadership capacities that impact kindergarten through fifth grade. During my educational tenure I have served as site based decision making chair, grade level lead, resource teacher, multi-classroom leader, judgment board chair, and academic dean. Recently, I have served as a Culturally Responsive Instruction Observation Protocol Institute Trainer for Fayette County Public Schools through Georgetown College. My skills include identifying, engaging, and leveraging community partners and families to the benefit of scholars.
